Unlike you, i don't deliver pizzas for a living. I started my apprenticeship when i was 17. I'm 22 now. I'm a journeyman electrician. 2 years residential and 3 years commercial. And after my 10 hour days, I do residential side jobs lasting up to 4 hours extra a day. I get paid 38$ an hour and I work for the union. Yes, I can say i'm successful - that's obvious. (not many are)

Now that we got that out of the way.. You're not as big as you think you are.. You 'rule a sub-forum' who cares what you think.. Once you stop flaming/arguing with everyone maybe people who like you and or respect you 10x more. Instead of harassing people, try suggesting alternatives and not be crude.

I have a great life and can afford more than you could ever dream of at my age, nothing you say matters to me.

The place I work tends to do 2 shallow mounted subs + a Rockford Fosgate Ibeam, works pretty damn good in a truck.

160dB is achievable..

Its the sound pressure level, its just air pressure, its not technically actual sound.

The comp I went to down in NH had a Jeep Cherokee that his 167dB, I believe the highest record of subs hitting was ~170dB.


Easily first place.

Boston is garbage. And custom 18"+ subs that have been reconed and whatnot can hit 160.

That Jeep from my previous post had a single sub, it was also like 22" lol.
