Alpine amps disgust me. Just saying.

I just hate that you can't go below 2 ohm on them same with kicker and the pricing isn't very appealing so yeah I can agree on that. but my boys MRP-2000's birth sheet says 1700 @ 4 ohms and 2358 @ 2 ohms which is impressive.

I love fucking with the guys at Best Buy on that one. They get so confused.

Say something like, "I dont understand. These are 500 rms each, 4 ohm dual voice coil subwoofers. This Alpine amp runs 1k rms @ 2 ohm, but when you hook the subs up in parallel, its a 1 ohm load? So they arent compatible?"

Its fun every now and then.
