dude if you have a 48A alternator you obv need a upgrade to run 1000 watt otherwise you will just drain the battery (or the whole pool, doesn't matter how many you got they will all drain up eventually)

I have had really good luck with sony head units.. lots of options on them and have good clean sound.. kenwood sucks... pioneer is my 2nd fav.. all othera ive tried suck... never tried alpine though I hear good things but too pricey for me.. im not a sony fanboy either.. I hate their subs and amps and everything else they make but their headunits are pretty sweet...
