On your budget? No. I run that same setup except two ATR's and a 1500.1D instead of the 1000.1D.

Dont get HFI they don't do rated and cost more than amps that do do rated (or closer to rated) like audiopipe and the Hifonics Brutus and Onyx MB Quart. For the price of the Type R go with a 12" Sundown Audio it can be had on eeeebay.com for about $30 more and single Type R is NOT going to take 1000rms. I'd just get a single Sundown 12" and throw 1000+ watts to it and put it in a proper box.

Get the same thing he mentioned but get:

Audiopipe 1500.1D and a Sundown 12" Dual 2 Ohm and build a 1.5ft^3 tuned to 33-34hz.
