I can't find any amp under $100, and the subs i have picked out are like 70.

It's not bad to underpower subs at all. I ran my two kenwood 1200 peak subs off of an 800 peak amp for at least half a year..
Most subs should be underpowered for at least a week when you first get them anyway.

my problem atm if i get the right watts is the amount of cubic feet per sub
