talk to this guy. he just ordered a bunch of stuff into canada so he should be able to give you an idea of how import fees work.

from the import fees he linked me its only like 15% import tax on things.

It's not the import fee's I am really worried about. It is the fact that if I order something from the states and 1 - 2 months later it breaks. I gotta pay to have it shipped back to the states. And if nothing is broken, I gotta pay even more to bring it back.

except the chances of a soundqubed amp/sub going bad are much much less than an alpine sub/amp going bad.

the fees are negligible compared to the actual chances of you ever having to ship it back.
