What do I have to learn? I run over 200amps through my 150a stocky with no big 3 and stock battery and I never drop below 14v full tilt idle so what do you say to that mr knows everything. People who think you need to throw an alternator at anything over 500wrms are rediculous and you cost people a lot more money than these companies that jack up prices.

You're not always using AC/Wipers/Headlights/Window Controls etc. etc. 90% of the time ull use less than half of your alternator, the battery takes some load off and things like big III can help. I'm telling you, on a 90a alternator, stock battery and big III you can run over 1k all day long no problem. I ran 1500wrms in my Jeep on stock everything on a 90a alternator and never saw below 13.5v I have videos of it.

The AC is factored into the amperage if I turn my AC on full blast I lose about 1-1.5v without it I sustain 14v+ I wouldnt run over 1200wrms on a 90a unless you know what you're doing but its definatly easily feesable without an alternator upgrade. Broski whats your stock alternator? 60a/90a? On a 60a dont go above 800w, on a 90a dont go above 1200 on a 150 dont go above 2k thats how I look at it.

If you throw a nice XS 3400 and BIG III in fuck who knows you could prob run 2k on a 90a alternator I used to run 1500 on mine.

2 hours long? lmao who plays their system 2 hours long? don't know anyone who full tilts that long i start to get a headache and blurry vision off 145db's for more than 10 mins. but ok I will provide on of me driving 5 minutes full tilt rpm's below 1000 even stopping and not dropping below 14v 2500rms on stock everything 150a, so 150a stock + 200a from the amplifier etc. so thats 350a so by your theory i should be dropping below 11v and frying shit. lets see! and more than happy to make a followup tommorow of my entire electrical get this im even running 4 ga to my amp! shit dont even get hot.

basic knowledge would be that you dont need even half ur alt at any given time and with battery/efficiency/half alt draw you can push your shit way harder than you think ive pushed my shit to the limits many times and i know what im talkinga bout. I work on this shit all day I fix people like you's 3 hour installs on a daily.
