I have the sub level on my headunit set at 6-7/8. base EQ is like 10-12.
I don't think the crossover really changed much.

I didn't notice any clipping or anything. But will it be ok if I run the EQ close to full blast?

as long as the sub doesn't sound distorted it should be fine.

also you're sure you wired it correctly right? 1 positive from 1 set of terminals and 1 negative from the other set of terminals.

you have to double the price for the stuff here :)

only the wirekit cost like 150 bucks

Played around with it a little bit and think it's gonna be the best as it currently sits. Might have a couple other people take a look at it to see what they think.
Definitely doesn't hit the lows as much as I would want, but it's to be expected I suppose with a small sealed box.
Now just gotta figure out the best way to secure the box.
