mainstream doesn't mean they are going to be high quality. those companies both have multiple tiers of equipment from cheap to relatively good quality stuff.

1000w will work on 4awg... learn some car audiouz guise
hair tricks aren't a big deal... they're pretty easy to do if you know what you're doing so i don't consider it much of an acheivement... I listen to audio for sound, if i want to blow hair around i buy a fan, I prefer sound over air movement. tbh i'd be worried if you couldn't pull one on 2.2k rms.
I also don't see why building 3 T-lines would help at all... I could build a tree house if I wanted... just no point to it. I design boxes and have a pretty good idea of how to get the response curve I want.



the audiopipe apsm-1500 has been clamped to do rated (edit: and scoped) to do it fairly clean so i dunno what he's talking about.

a dirty amp is still good for a sub?

a dirty signal is bad for the sub, I wouldn't hesitate with the Audiopipe if you're tight on money. Obviously if you have the cash get something better, but if it's all you can afford the apsm will put out rated and fairly clean too.
I've used one and it was pretty damn good, ran very cool as well... now I wouldn't use it for an SPL competition or anything... but for a daily setup it isn't too bad... though i would recommend something better if you can afford it.

get the tsw3002d2 and a hfi 1000.1 300$ for the set



and as for soundquality thing....... T lines when done right (like my stuff) have a complete different response WAVE and not a curve at all. Obvious that companies like Bose use the technology to sound crappy. There is a reason I make money building them lol.
I use a cda9815 and morel wiring and crescendos so average sensitivity is 100+

You know I do agree with the hifi. Out of all my Kenwoods, Mtx, Jackhammer, Apline, and Kicker Amps that I've owned. my hifi has never heated up and over heated on me.. All the others amps did but my hifi didn't.

don't, shipping to aussie is incredibly overpriced for a sub... amps aren't too bad i guess but still a hefty fee.
