Less ohm load from a sub= more power output from the amp. Depending on how you wire your subs you can change the ohm load.

your amp doesn't look to be 1ohm stable so ya it'll mess up.

okey thx

a few more stupid questions xD

i was looking at 2x10" alpine type r's, they have 1200w rms, would it be a bad idea to run those on my amp with only 1000w ?

underpowering subs is worse than overpowering them. you could probably get away with it but its not recommended.

okey, so ill stick with 1000w

last dumb question for now

if i find a 4 ohm sub and wire it down at 2 ohm will it have any effect on the sub / amp w ?

You can't wire 2 4 ohm dvc subs to 2 ohm
or atleast I'm 99% sure u can't

decreasing ohm load=allows more power from amp to sub.

the only risk involved in changing the ohm load is making it too high/low for the amp.
