prolly dont distort because you have a decent head unit..

ive seen people complain about good speakers because they head unit distorts at 75% volume. running $400 speakers off a $50 head unit

I wouldn't waste your money if your only planning to spend $150 on sub's... You can't get anything worth a damn for that price
