Ok tell me what you guys think of a couple problems I am having with buying something from the states.

1. They can hit me with huge fee's trying to get it across the boarder. And not just the shipping fee's I pay for the site. Once they send it off it's all on me, any extra fee's come towards me and not to them. So maybe I save like 100$, I might have to pay MAJORLY for fee's
2. Warranty. I have no idea about what kind of warranty I am going to get. If something breaks from a local store in town, I just bring it to them and they fix it. But what happens when I get it from the states? I have to pay those huge shipping fee's to get it fixed.
3. I'm not very into these car audio, I know a bit but not a lot. TBH, I don't even know what you guys mean by "Bride it and get 4 Ohm's". No clue what that means. So if I have problems I don't have a choice but to send it back. This way I got a local store that covers my ass.

Let me know what you guys think on these.

Where do you live in Canada cause ive had nothing but good experiences at audio warehouse, mind you i get good deals cause i work with the dudes wife but theyre typically pretty knowledgeable and price is alright.

Oh and you can never go wrong with rockford.

that rockford amp is fine. i just figured in the price range you should consider SQs amp.

SQ and RockFord out of question. Can't find them in town qnd I'm to scared to order them from the states

i do shipping and receiving daily at a warehouse and i ship to canada a lot. really only thing ive seen that makes it difficult to ship there is customs paperwork. if thats not done right its game over. you might get charged a few xtra bucks for exporting it. see if you cant get the company to send it pre paid and add. that way all of the shipping charges are on them they can surely tell you exactly how much it is going to cost to ship it to you. theres no way they cant know. so see if theyt can give you the full price to ship then pay it up front and let them worry about everything

for the price audioque/soundqubed cant be beat... badass amps u can beat the shit out of and they dont get hot... they do over rated rms... I would take one over almost any other company..

if you buy fosgate I would buy anything except from their power series.. punch/prime arent that great... and fosgate amps are power hungry and not very efficient. .. go soundqubed/audioque all the way. aq1200 does around 1350 rms @ 1 ohm on good electric and can do it all day with no issues..
