not trying to be an ass, just see alot of memphis around and don't view it being much better then kicker

The S's are better by a long shot but off stock deck power you will not see any improvement over the Type E's.
Get the S's if you plan to amp them in the future. wish you were local my shops doing buy one get one half on Alpine speakers/subs.

Also his car the Infinity G35 2005 does not have Bose unless he asked for it specially he does not need a Radio Replacement Kit:
