Mines based around fact from companies that make the product and people that thoroughly test them yours is on science and what you think is correct... Just because it says something doesnt mean its 100% accurate theres too many factors in a system to outright tell what can do what. The fact is DC themselves said you dont need an alternator upgrade they say it plainly because the 2k they do say you need it. you're so dense it's not even funny. I even provided videos that show my voltage being perfectly fine and I have people on new england spl forums stating that it would be fine.
You are just thick headed and full of yourself you cant be wrong for once but you were and we both know it just like your shrink wrap debate and everything else pointless and retarded you hate for the sake of hating u dont even have a system u cant judge or say shit about anyones setup. You're a wannabe just go somewhere else the audio forum doesnt need scrubs like you theres already plenty. I know more about car audio when I was 14 than you do now. Just saying. Done with you man jsp needs a ignore button so I dont have to waste time arguing with people like you who cant even face the facts.
The only people who think you're righta nd have your back are scrubs that know nothing dont pride yourself because d2 boards think you're smart theres a reason you dont go on the caraudio.com forums and shit because you'd get laughed at and trolled and we both know it.
/2cents all done.
back to the dodge factor
you claim dc audio is correct in their recommendations
however you also claim:

2 hours long? lmao who plays their system 2 hours long? don't know anyone who full tilts that long i start to get a headache and blurry vision off 145db's for more than 10 mins. but ok I will provide on of me driving 5 minutes full tilt rpm's below 1000 even stopping and not
dropping below 14v 2500rms on stock everything 150a, so 150a stock + 200a from the amplifier etc. so thats 350a so by your theory i should be dropping below 11v and frying shit. lets see!

and more than happy to make a followup tommorow of my entire electrical get this im even running 4 ga to my amp! shit dont even get hot.
basic knowledge would be that you dont need even half ur alt at any given time and with battery/efficiency/half alt draw you can push your shit way harder than you think ive pushed my shit to the limits many times and i know what im talkinga bout. I work on this shit all day I fix people like you's 3 hour installs on a daily.
videos 55% done

so why is it that dc audio recommends a high output alternator for your power ratings but you claim not to need one?
your own source goes against your claims...seriously learn to read and comprehend. you are essentially arguing against yourself at this point.
and still waiting on the explanations to these points you've made:
amperage isn't constrained by wire gauge
lights dimming is not caused by voltage drop
voltage drop isn't caused by your electrical system being unable to keep up with power requirements
your battery is what powers your car when its running
so cmon mr pro installer.....explain this nonsense you've claimed.
