I need a converter for my car amp to power it in my home with my subs.

Any idea's where to get one ?
I don't feel like going all over town looking for one...

question: My buddies selling me a AP3000.1d amplifier at 350$.

Im getting 2x 2dual ohm 12'' alpine type r's (max rms is 1500rms on each)
model number on subs : SWR-1222D

I want to know if this amplifier can push 1500rms to each sub
I was told the amplifier will push 3000rms divided to two subs, is this true?

i use to use a computer power supply to run a smaller amp for my home made powered sub
