Btw just did a little reading to enlighten myself.. in a van with basically concrete reinforced walls, bolted doors, etc. & TENS of thousands they hit little over 180db.

That being said I would consider 8+ db of ahead of you at mid 140's a huge difference

My cap drops to 10 volts sometimes, amps don't start starving til like 9 volts from what iv seen. But I agree, its probably not best to run that low lol

Its really not as bad as you think. You're better off diagnosing your battery/alternator before you jump to conclusions and buy a cap.

And +8dB is a big different, but not 23k vs 1.5k and stock alt/reg batt/no cap, etc vs all the shit he has.

I've posted pictures of me hitting 142.8 when I had the Alpine MRP1000 in my EG Hatch. Since then with my new box and the Audiopipe I've hit 145.1.

Theres more physics behind all this than you think, look through this thread I'm almost positive I posted pictures of me hitting 145 in the teg.

I've seen people hit 140+ with a single Rockford P3. 500 rms watts.

Oh, and let me point out that the guy that hooked up the term lab is a well known IASCA world finals judge.

I have seen a stock 5.0 on a 300shot & slicks almost go 9's so that means the bolt on corvette on street tires going high 10's it a piece of shit right?

Let me also point out that a hatchback vs a trunk is retarded. Hatchbacks have much better airspace.

I think when we checked the integra we made the box tuned around 22-24hz which gave me a total of about 32hz because of the airspace in the integra.

Like I said, I'm doing another dB run before I get rid of the Integra, I'll gladly make a video this time.

I just got the fucking gains set right for my sound level i listen too, not they sound all distorted and shit ffffffff
