He has 4 alternators, 7 batteries, and a total of about 23,000 watts, yet only hits low 150's.

I have a stock alternator, regular battery, no cap, 4g wiring, 1.5k rms watts with the 2 Alpine Type R's in a godly custom made tuned box and I hit a low 145.

The thing on his site said 10 batterys I think, and i think he did it all in the wrong vehicle.

Yea I was just reading in this old catalog so he's probably changed it around a little.

The new Kenwood decks have a Pandora thing available for iPhone's only, just an fyi. We're still waiting on those too though.

The truck comes with subs/amp/new HU but its all stuff i don't like and I'm going to have to redo I want some kind of flipout tv, and hopefully a box for two 12's will fit behind the seat since i can scoot it up some since im not really tall. I'm scared about the door speakers tho

Well first off what is the world record like 180db in a car that has no engine, etc. & has tens of thousands into just speakers alone?

Second I find it extremely hard to believe you are bumping 1500 watts RMS with a stock alt & decent bat.

My car came with a 110amp alt stock & running a 500watt RMS amp dims my headlights when hitting hard lol

Btw where did you put the db reader

My headlights dim all the time, I could care less haha.

As for mounting, I've had the db meter on both the passenger front floor and passenger top of dash.

My car's headlights dimmed a little with a 800 watt amp at idle if you are driving its fine tho.
