fiberglassing is not cheap or easy but if done right can be amazing

my box for example not only fits exactly the space that my spire tire used to take up but is also in the perfect range of space for my subs

there are a few ways to make the box and it depends on your sub/space/sq vs db levels you want etc etc

if you are serious about fiberglassing I can tell you a bit about it but I would recommend staying away from it unless it's a vehicle you are serious about keeping because it is a pain in the ass

I remember when I was a junior in highschool I tried to do a box in between the drivers and passenger seat..it looked like shit.. And It took me hours.. But I was hella new to the whole custom thing tho.


If you have never played with fiberglass.. I suggest not trying to start on a custom box in your ride..

Well its not like hes gonna build a complicated box his first time anyway, even harder if u were to add a port to it. Unless he feels confident about it. Im sure he will mess up a few times tho, but if u mess  up a little you can always go back and re-do it. Just get urself the toughest sandpaper u can find

Oh and make sure to apply PLENTY of layers on your box, the last thing u want its to have a freshly painted box crack.
