SD card for your phone seems like the simplest and most effective solution to me... they aren't that expensive

Could get a tablet if you want a more expensive solution for a bigger navigation screen

This seems to be the best option. I'm gonna try and pick one up with a full size usb port and buy a mount for it.

I just use thumb drives. I have over 500 gigs of music. I just use a specific brwndbrand for the type of music. Rap = sandisk. Rock= pny and so on. I also have my phone loaded down and a couple zune players and 2 galaxy 3.5 inch players. I tried tablets and netbooks but they were too distracting while driving.

Fuck apple

i have my 500gb (50 bucks? super cheap these days) external hdd formated to "fat32" and i can scroll through my 400gb of music on my cd player. as long as all your songs are labeled and stored in a decent matter you should be able to find em pretty quick.

beware... the cd player takes for fucking ever to load 500gb of music so have a backup plan while it loads lel.

i used to have a mini laptop with a mouse like this. was really fucking nice for cruising around and still paying attention.

Might want to look up the specifications of your headunit because most headunits will not READ over a certain GB amount through USB. Your best bet will be bluetooth or aux with an IPOD.

Just use a flash drive

32gb for like $20-30 is enough to use for weeks.

I found the best way is to install a nas unit in the trunk. I have 9TB of space I can use.
