So even after doing a new, nice and clean and proper ground, the noise stopped for a while and just returned today.
If I mess with the RCA's and swap them around, it stops, then returns again, same as swapping the ground.
I'm clueless what it could be.
Some kind of feedback from the speaker itself?

are the rca's and power wire running right next to each other throughout your car? might be causing some interference

No sir, when I bought all of the stuff, Subwoofer told me to run them separately, so I did.

it could be your radio man. if it only happens during usd or aux mode and not moral cd/ radio its probably the radio. have you checked the wires from the head unit? maybe something is wrong back there. if you know anyone with another radio try hooking that up and see if the noise stops.

I have the old one that was in it, it's some alpine piece of junk, but sadly it only has cd/radio.
It very well could be the radio though, the RCA's in the back of it didn't allow it to go all the way in so we had to do some fanangling around in there to get them to fit, I'll have to pull it out once I find the tool to get the HU out and see what's going on back there.
I don't know anyone that has another HU I could try, unfortunately.

and most likely this would be remedied with a new head unit. i can't recall exact models but some older pioneers had problems with rca noise.

Yes, it gets higher when I do it.
Good to know it's the HU, sadly I'm jobless and cannot afford a new one, I suppose I will deal with it for now, until I can get a job and buy a new one.
I never cared for this HU anyway. Lol.

look into grounding the head unit rca jacks. it only cost a little bit of extra speaker wire to try.

same happend to me :P tho i just bought a new headunit since the other was a temp h/u :D
