well i have 2 xfl 12's 2k watts a piece in the next cpl months im goin to end up upgradin my amp from a hifonics 3000 d to a american bass 150.1 and want to have a custom box built but i have no idea how to tune it. people have told me but its too complex for me to try and figure out i can cut and do everything else but doing all the math to find out the freq of the box just is not my thing. was wondering if anyone has ever made a box for a a pair of ab xfl 12's . or if anyone lives around the cleveland ohio area that can make one for me. or even direct me to a site that would possibly have custom boxes that are tuned to a certain freq already.  thanks

I can design a box for you with cut sheet just send me a pm with vehicle make/model/year, max dimensions and what subwoofers and power you are going to run also if you desire SQL/SPL or SQ.
Thanks.

i cant pm as my brother scammed the shit out of people getting our accounts locked. it will be goin into a 07 charger sxt the opening in the back seat is only like i believe 17-18 inches high but i dont want it that much id rather stick with 15-16 on height width maybe 30+ it has to go through the back seat. two american bass xfl 12's they run 2k watts a piece ill be putting a american bass 150.1 which is 2900 watts rms on them. id want the bass to be loud clean and low as fuck but at the same time i want to feel the energy waves making ripples in my cheecks lol. these subs pound hard as fuck last time

you dont need to use 1 inch its over kill... just double the face and u will be fine and put some support in the middle... if u build it urself around 100... 3/4 mdf is about 35 $ a sheet.. prolly need 2 sheets.. box of drywal screws 5-8 $ liquid nails/silicone bout 5 $ wood glue.. bout 8 $...

i like single port enclosures better.. they dont have to be as big.. if your gonna run more than 1000 watts to those subs you need the biggest box possible.. a 4.5 cubed box double chambered will be alot bigger than a box that shares the port..

you dont think they will mess with each other tho? ive always used seperate chamber boxes for fear of that. and yea i would rather not have a box that fills my whole trunk up. the specs bob at american bass gave me to make the box make its tunes to 30 hz think thats a bit to low? i mean im sure a box tuned to 33 hz can easily hit the low 20's?

ive never had a issue with them messing with each other... and you can tube to your preference.. it about what you like.. you can start @ 30 if youblike and easily change it up ifbu decide u wantb33 or whatever... i think your gonna need to build the box inside the trunk... I think you will have a hard time being able to make a big enough slide in box
