its just an aux cable. does no good without an aux input on your stereo.

If you want to keep your factory radio then you can go to your local car audio shop and ask them to install an AUX cord in your car with a "direct antenna adapter."
Then you have a cord that comes out of the bottom of the dash or the glove box and you just plug your phone in, tune to the specified station and BLAMO! Music.
