each sub has a resonate frequency which you should tune your box to within 2 hz for optimal performance. the db/watt ratio is generally a sound quality rating. the higher the cleaner.
what other subs are you running? brand, voice coil(s) ohms , rms ect...
what other amp are you getting?
running 2 the right way should give you more than enough.
if you want it loud and to do it the right way we can help but right now you are making it a lot harder than it really is. cleaner sound can be played louder
as it is the amp you have will run those 2xmemphis 15-PR10s4V2 perfectly at
those subs are always 4 ohms per coil and if you have singles run them like this
the amp wont run any lower than 2 ohms so this is pretty good match
