I would agree with sundowns, but before you order make sure you know what voice coils to get. Fosgate is great as far as some of their amps are concerned but yah the subs are a let down imo.
Your amp can only be pushing around 800-900 rms with one 4 ohm dvc sub Run at its lowest 2 ohm load.Sell that t2 and get 2 decent 12"s
If you pay more than $176 a sub you should research more and put your brand blinders on.
My subs cost me around 150$ each and i push 1000 rms to them daily. My daily setup with 2x 12''s and 2000 rms is loud enough to hurt people.

All I use is Sundown Basically.
Buy them and your hassle free and quality is... Amazing.

This guy was smart and picked four of some of the baddest 8"s around. Some of the less main stream brands like the one he is using will kill pretty much anything you can find in your local audio shops. The prices are often cheaper than the mainstream brands you can buy off of the shelf.

Got 300 dollars for the T2, I'm most likely going with Sundown Sa 12s . :) But will they be loud enough to hurt with only 600 rms going to each? Ive read a few threads on them and people are pushing much more.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I'm getting 2 SA-12s. I talked to a dealer and I'm getting a deal but he can't ship a box. Any idea where I can get a legit one with as close to 2 cubic feet her sub for a decent price?

you will need to get the box custom made. prebuilt boxes are a last resort.

how much are you getting them for? they are $195 each here http://store.soundsolutionsaudio.com/products/sundown-audio-sa-12-600w-sa-series.html

175 each. I'm gonna have to buy a prefab box, to at least use for a month or two. When my father gets back from a fishing trip we'll make me one, until then I'll be using a prefab. It still has around 2 cubic feet per sub so it'll be okay for now.

onlinecarstereo.com or sonicelectronix should have a box. maybe crutchfield or woofersetc.com if the other two don't have a reasonably priced one. might be cheaper to grab two single enclosures over a double enclosure.

anything from 3-4 cubic feet ported should be fine.

I'm leaning towards this one at the moment. I don't have the biggest opening in my trunk and this will only fit if I put it in long way first, then turn it around. 4.20 Cu. So it should be enough to get decent sound for now?

I should be able to turn around and re-sell it for a pretty good price too when I do make the new box.

I still have my P3's that i bought in 2008 brand new and they still slam.
But i use rockford amp/digital status cap as well so maybe thats why they've never let me down?
