I thought you had a 4th order? Ive had no real luck with upfiring. The only ones i have heard that i like is my buddies 2 15'' with a up firing port as well.
he fabricated a series of fins for his roof and it sounds pretty damn good. the fins overlap like so and has them arranged to focus the sound some how

Port and subwoofers firing up always sounds best for daily, but I compete with this setup too so I needed an all around SQL daily setup and this was the best sound I could get from my Jeep. Eventually when I get my 2 18's in I'm going to have to fire both up or wall or lose my back seat, which I dont want to do either... I'm pretty impressed with my 144 @ 33-34hz with a very small box off 800rms I'm expecting to hit a 146 with very minimal changes.

I dunno about the whole fin idea though sounds like more work than it's worth, if you put your visors down you can gain up to a DB so it's not hard to believe that fins move the air more properly.

haha exactly this kid at a competition was hitting 140's and was upset so i gave him a song to play fucked wid his amp and folded his seats forward and visors down and gained 2db lmao
