Hello.
I am currently rocking around 3,300 Watts in my car stereo.
I have a 2011 Hyundai Accent.
I have 2 batteries in the vehicle, both are aftrmarket LARGE car batteries.
Under Hood:

In Trunk:

My STOCK alternator is 95 Amp @ max load and like 5X @ Idle.
@ 2,000 RPMS most systems will be okay, @ idle... It gets annoying.
I found a person, Michael Singer who makes an alternator for my vehicle.
He wants 412$ shipped to my door with a lifetime warranty.
The new alternator adds 200 Amp @ Max load and 110 AMP @ idle... That is 15 more Amps @ idle than my current Alternator gets @ max...
I will have no problems after I add the new alternator.
If it bothers you that much, get a new alternator.
I have 400$ in batteries and another 400$ is going to a good alternator.
Just my .2 cents
