You should not be seeing voltage problems for only 300 watts. Sounds like your battery has a dead cell in it (i've had problems like yours before and a dead cell was the cause.). I would look into replacing your battery first

Coming from a guy that can't run a simple system and thinks he needs an extra battery in the trunk for a 300w system lmfao! jesus these boards entertain me more daily.

Take your alt and battery to your local auto parts store and have them tested for free, whichever is bad replace.

It was the battery, threw in a new dry cell up front.
