Thinking I should take my $100 amazon gift card and do the big three ;D
I'm taking it the Knu you went with is pretty solid Cadillac?

I haven't found better wire for cheaper. You can find it on Amazon, get 0g OFC.
You should pretty easily get all the Knu cable you need and terminals for $100.
