let me explain this.

THE WOMAN HAD THE WRECK NOT HIS DAD. his dad was a victim of a bad driver and had no control over the situation sine he was basically parked. the only thing his dad is responsible for is driving on a backed up highway.

patrick is saying 99% of wrecks are avoidable if the driver responsible for them would of been a better driver.
