It's in a ext cab s10 and it was under my false floor which is all carpeted luckily. Had to fucking pull out my 200 pound sub box and the whole false floor to get to my amp and cap to re hook up the power wire tho :(

I was scared at first that I overheated the amp and fried it because it was up pretty loud and shit.

When minor things like that happen to cut my power off suddenly I shit my pants every single time and expect the worst.

Never mount amps to sub boxes, the vibrations overtime will damage your amps.

Mount your amps under the front seats

Well I abuse the shit out of my amp and push it hard every single day, that's why I was like oh fuck when it came loose haha.

It also makes it an easy theft target. Cut some cables and they got your subs, box, and amps in 1 trip.

Under your driver or passenger seat is really your best bet.

in addition to being well hidden, it lets u run a real short ground off the chassi where u seat bolts down
