oh well...for price i ended up going with PX5's

checked out reviews and comparisons...while astro set may have edge in sound quality over tb set, tb set offers many more features

That's just not true. There were so many better options for the money.

I paid $255 for em, thats with shipping, customs and tax taken care of. In-store itself that pair would have costed 269.99 before tax and 310 with tax. so its a decent saving.

Astro set would have been over 310 bucks with the shipping and taxes and idk about other sets, ive heard mixed reviews about Trittons, and I heard that they dont have mic feedback which fucks me up when im trying to talk I need to hear my voice to be able to keep my clear train of thought.

Anyways, we'll see when the PX5's come in. I'm looking forward to the built in bluetooth as I get calls fairly often while im gaming

Hopefully they last, I know my best friend had a pair of Turtle Beaches, not such which model though, but the left speaker stopped working within a matter of months..

Turtle Beaches are the best (The low end models) for the money. But they do eventually break..I've gone through a couple and so has my brother.

So untrue. The $50-$100 sets are the best for the money, he bought a $255 pair.
