have never heard someone use the term ricer to imply poor workmanship.

ricer is used in 2 main ways

1.to refer to japanese cars in a way that makes absolutely no sense (ricer burners).
2. people who mod vehicles for cosmetic reasons and not functional reasons (race inspired cosmetic enhancement)

2 is semi right its that but u forgot the part where they never paint it never fits right and is held on with zip ties and duct tape

i call that nigger rigged/ghetto/redneck but ricer is not something i'd ever use in that situation.
