Heres what u can do to fix it 100%:

1) go to radio shack and get a 1k-1.5k ohm resistor
2) connect the resistor, inline with the amp turn on wire. Should be (wire->resistor->wire->amp)
3) insulate everything properly
4) enjoy :)
