I doubt its with a ground because it plays PERFECT at like mid volume feel the bass very nice and clean in front and the music quality is still perfect no scratchy or muffled but once I turn it any louder it slams into protect mode:( I actually resorted to taking it to best buy and other audio places and they had no idea.. not very many reliable sources in southern MN. Im thinkin my battery is just getting drained.

the problem could be as simple as speakers start vibrating just hard enough for a pair of wires to touch. wiring is a pain in the ass lol.

Its not them because they were just in another car of mine recently which I kept that head unit in. which I might just switch over now even though was trying to fix this one cause this ones volume knob actually works right away haha.
Yeah im guessing its something with wiring but it pisses me offff haha. Was just wondering if there was any way to disable the whole protect mechanism it self:( but guess notz damnn
