Sub bass is something you feel not hear. Mids from a mid bass, highs from a tweeter, and lows from a sub.

i though maybe some of the front speakers play more "sub" than others for those who dont have one in trunk ?

Maybe more mid bass that sounds like low. But like I said, the lows you feel, not hear.

The definition of Sub Bass is a frequency that you feel rather than hear. The frequencies you can hear is considered mid bass.

In my original post, I didn't mean lows as in "subs" meant it in lower frequencies ~100htz > What is with you and trying to make everything so complicated.

lows=sub frequencies

be more specific with the term and it won't happen because lows is standard for sub frequencies.

Give kicker speakers a listen, they're not bad.
main reason why I dislike them is because they indeed play those mids/highs which isnt needed in my kinda music (trance, rap, techno)
