id prefer kicker L3 or jl W3

but imo RF is overpriced for what it is. the P3 is a dope sub but i have seen many of them blow

Man I'm not a big fan of the solo-barics at all
they just don't sound that good? They just pound hard but not very clean. I've also heard they're not very good lasting subs either.

well i had my p1's for 3 years and even tho its only 300w rms i had em on an 1000w rms amp and i rly beated em everyday all this time and they still play nice, only lost a little bit of pound power. if someone blow their basses and specially strong one's like rf's its cause their idiots imo :S

i prefer 10" duel box and the kicker l7 only has 600 rms w, the w3's has same w

allso i noticed the p3's is 1 ohm, can i run this at 1 ohm with this amp or would i need a new 1 ohm amp ?

Quick example. I love JL, no doubt.

Buttttt

A JL 250.1 costs ~$385 and puts out roughly 300rms on a good day. (not the new shitty ones that are exact copies of the TMA's)
A RF P300-1 costs $199 and puts out 400-450rms with ease.

They are only good for SPL, in which I'd choose like 5 other subs before I chose the Solo.

They sound like dog shit. Its a square sub. In reality a square sub has more surface area (hence why its louder) but doesnt have an equal amount of surface area around the voice coil, which can and will cause distortion (hence why they sound like shit).

so i asume RF is the best choice atm ?

and could someone tell me if i can use the p3's with 1 ohm on my 2 ohm mono block amp ?

Over priced for what it is...RF imo not a great brand. The p3 are hard to get a clean sound out of them. The just have a muffled bass. Their amplifiers are crazy priced, they are powerful but I have seen more RF products take a shit than most other brands.

suggesting square kickers and then talking about bass quality of p3s? you serious?
