If you want Sound Quality, then get 2 12's(kickers = ~100 dollars each) and find an MTX amp, they're cheap and amazing. Buy a sealed box for SQ(sound quality). Or bandpass/ported for SPL. Boxes usually run around 50-60 dollars. Get pioneer door speakers (40-50 dollars for the pair) then get pioneer 6x9's. and chose a head unit of your choice, they aren't too expensive. That should ballpark you near 500.

kicker isn't a very good option for SQ rofl.
