iso a cheap audio setup for my truck, 8-12 inch sub in a box that will fit under my back seat (extended cab)
I got a decent radio I guess, prolly a walmart sony one, 52x4 watts

so I need the sub as I mentioned, a amp and maybe 4 speakers, I think the front 2 are round 6 Inch ones, the rear look like a 6x9 shape but maybe smaller

My trucks in my photo gallery if u can google and figure out my speakers, otherwise ill look later cause im at work

Remember cheap is key and it must fit under my backseat
Just wanna spend a small amount for this, something that will sound good in the car

gonna need you to be more specific on the cheap part.

if you are thinking $100-200 dollars for example you'll need to forget about a sub/amp for now because you'll only get low quality stuff with that budget.

also they are 6.5 fronts and 4x6 rears from what i recall.

you can just get some good 6.5s and unplug the rears and be fine.

possible but the subwoofer box itself might be an issue.

you can go prebuilt(get kind of expensive because they go for fancy shapes) or you can fabricate one that simple fits.

without the box specs i can't look for a subwoofer so look around at some prebuilts and see what you think on the prices.

You could easily get an Obsidian Audio 12 and an Audiopipe 1000 for $200. That's the route I'd go.

i was thinking of going to wally world and buying their kicker speakers for the front and maybe getting some speakers later for the back
their 10" kicker sub in the box already and a small amp to power it

now i realize you guys would be totally against that buuuttt think id be happy? just looking for something that sounds decent, not looking to have it full blast going down the road anyways

kicker has a bad price:performance ratio however

any local stores that would be better or should i only order offline?

any brick and mortar store is gonna be marked up some not to mention you are severely limited in options.

the only issue here is that the space is limited in that truck so you are limited on box choices. if you can goto like sonicelectronix and look around the box section and compare them with your truck specs you might find one that'll work.

its actually pretty spacious, i havent measured it but i know one of those little angled boxes would fit.
ill look into that
