First i must say i do like KnuKonceptz, i purchased some 4-channel RCA cables and used them in an installation (more then 30 days later) and they are sending me a replacement because one of the ends came off (the solder broke loose)

You just need four 6.5s and a 4-channel? I'd pick something with silk tweeters like Alpine Type R's or Polk Audio MM's for the speakers.
As far as an amp goes, they all do the same thing. An RF Punch 400.4 would do just fine.
For the H/U I would choose a Kenwood or a JVC (they are the same company now). Hiding the wire won't be a problem, it's easy on the passenger side

And for the amp believe it or not hyphonics makes decent producs and its definitely your best value (I run a 1700w brutis to two l7 15s and its been running HARD for about a year now)
I'd definitely spend some good $ on a deck, the crap u find on e-b-a-y will have problems, cause feedback to your speakers and ect ecti've not dealt with earthquake at all, much you can say about them
i figured matching is always a bonus when it comes to amps lol
he is going to be spending 400-550 on a head-unit as far as i know
