Is there anywhere on this site that is for general engine car problems? Or you guys think you can help me? its maken a wierd asssss sound never heard before...

Well you're in the car audio section, but can you describe this noise?

Only on idle, if I rev it stops but it loses power when actually driving..

Sounds like a loose belt.

old belt, when you rev it that noise will stop but after the rps come down a little bit the belt stars makng that noise. you can try and tighten it using the belt tensioner but id probably get a new serp belt.

flip the belt over and inspect the ribs if the belt is old frayed cracked replae it

Thats not the sound of a belt... IMO it's either a pulley or you oil or water pump. Can you please post a video of the RPMs varrying?

Sounds like a timing belt, esp on a Bmw , I would say water pump, or pully but Im not there. Doesnt sound like an a/c belt or any basic belt. Wortha cvi ( complete vehicle inspection ) at a dealership, firestone ect. Good luck!
