big 3 is always useful.

coaxials or components?

double din or single din? what features are you wanting on the head unit?

also instead of 6x9s id suggest 6.5s with adapter plates so you have all 4 speakers with the same sound properties.

i remeber from last time

coax for speakers

in the deck im looking for single din unless you can found a good double din for 200 or under with the following

Digital Time Alignment adjustments for optimal imaging ( optional feature)
Sound Excellence Processor (DSP) improves sound quality of your music
Separate subwoofer level and phase control

i plan to amp the 4 speakers later on, but for now just the new deck will run them.

price range is no more then $70 for the speakers $200 for the deck

i know where to get the amp cables from

i got left over 4 guage wire from 2 sets ago i can use i would just need ring terms

and maybe suggest a amp for the speakers, sould i get a cap?

tbh you may consider upgrading the speaker budget to get something a bit better power handling.

and no don't get a capacitor. money better spent towards a new battery tbh.

Go with components man your car can fit components in the front and 6x9's in the rear 6x9s are louder so thats why they are bigger for rear fill i'd stick with that. Get some Alpine Type E Component sets with some 6x9's in the rear you won't regret it. Better than coaxs overall and will do great off headunit power I would recommend some crossovers on them though so they sound clean if not running a 4 channel the headunit will clear up the mids and whatnot if it has HPF:

what if i just want to do a front stage only and no rear upgrade are these a good choice? http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item%5F12224%5FPioneer-TS-D1720C.html

or a budget of what ever 2 sets would be $100 to $160
