Would you guys suggest I trade em in for dual 12" MTX's?

uh...you really didn't provide any useful information here...sorry.

mtx is a brand...not a model.

stage 1 or stage 2 primes? dual 4/2 or single 4 coils?

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/cat_m28_i41_mtx-12-subwoofers.html

if they're older you'll need to look at the previous models of each one.

4 channel? 2 channel? mono amp? how many rms watts @2 and 1 ohm?

unless the MTX subs fit the amplifiers power ratings better there is no reason to trade.

I have 2 fosgate t1s that bang pretty good.. I wouldnt mess with mtx unless you plan on getting 9500s. but if you upgrade either way your gonna have to get a better amp.. audioque/soundqubed makes great amps.. you can beat the shit out of em without going with crasy wiring and lots of batteries. but all that stuff is a good idea.. even audiopipe amps are pretty decent for the price but cant handle as much abuse.

Just leave it alone. Rockford > MTX.

with the right power to each top of the line brand and proper box mtx 9500s will blow any fosgate clean out of the water. but for the money you can get better subz from different brands.

Rockford isnt an SPL brand. Take the 2 top of each and I bet the RF has better SQ.
