If I think my amp is blown, how can I test with a dmm? Would I test the speaker outputs? And under what setting on the dmm?

better to just take off the cover and look at the board.

I did this and have found no visible damage. Nothing looks fried or burned.

Yeah the board "looks" completely fine.

And yeah, I checked the fuses on the amp itself as well as in my power line and they're all straight

how old is it? what brand/model?

double check the solder joints because you can easily overlook cracking.

I bought it in 09, its an mb quart dsc1000.1

did you have voltage drop issues or anything? running 1000rms watts is generally too much for most cars to handle is why i ask.

I'm running it @ 2 ohms so it's only really about 500rms

well without obvious damage it's hard to say whats wrong with it. your best bet would be to take it too a professional if you want it fixed but chances are you are better off replacing it at this point.
