Okay so here's my situation, I have a 1999 Pontiac grand am, and I just recently purchased all Kenwood stuff speakers and head unit, and they have like no bass at all, the sound quality is good, but the bass is just like a thump nothing more, some songs are ok, and others just suck, and sometimes when i turn it up, something rattles because of the bass thud, so I was thinking about buying an amp / sub below.. What do you think? Would it go well with my system and make a good difference?? I honestly have no idea

Have purchased and installed:

HeAD UNIT--> http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113KDCX395/Kenwood-Excelon-KDC-X395.html?tp=5684

Front speakers--> http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113KFC1093/Kenwood-KFC-1093PS.html?tp=105

Back rear deck---> http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113KFC1620/Kenwood-KFC-G1620.html?tp=105

Debating to purchase or not:

Sub---> http://www.crutchfield.com/p_777B17/Sound-Ordnance-B-17.html?tp=112

Amp--> http://www.crutchfield.com/p_777M1350/Sound-Ordnance-M-1350.html?tp=35834

Looking to spend between 200-250$ on amp and sub.

Please post any suggestions on amps / subs

Thank you for your time & Help.

if you are wanting to order stuff for yourself why even involve the shop? unless hes a certified dealer the price would be the same for both of you.

if you don't have a local dealer you can order over the phone.

if you want to order online just order their sister brand http://www.audioque.com/
