And how would you rate it as far as quality would go..

1000w Kenwood 2 channel amp
2x 10inch 300w Kenwood subs
a decent cd player with all the works.
6x9 back window kenwood replacement speakers 500w
6 1/2 keenwood front and rear speakers 240
Capacitor
Amp install kit, Cd player dash mounting kit
A Sub enclosure for the 2x 10 inch subs
a mounting harness and all the necessary parts/spacers providing my car (2010 impala) needs different sizes.

And to get this fully professionally installed, Front to back taken care of.

Im new to the car audio scene but I kind of want a system in this car and some locals/friends pointed me in the direction of that package, I just want to know if it would be cheaper to buy it all seperate and just pay one flat rate installation from some random guy in his garage but run the risk of a shitty install.

If you find someone that knows what they are doing than this would be a better bet.
Also when matching the wattage on a speaker to an amp always use the rms wattage not the maximum.
Check out "Sonicelectronix" online save you 100's.
why all kenwood?
Excelon head units are great but there is much better stuff out there for the other components for same or lower price.

Well instead of a cap. You should be smart and just upgrade your alternator or buy a power cell

Don't try to get too many watts...I used to think that the more watts you have, the better and louder your system will be...
Also remember this, more watts = more power meaning you might need to get a 2nd battery and I think in some cases even a 2nd alternator. Don't take my word for that, just go check out your local sound shops! (With a list of questions, seriously, write down all the questions that come to mind and go ask them.)

Also!!! Shop around!!! I went to like 5 shops trying to get quotes and you'd be surprised how much some guys try to rip you off.

But then again, if you're satisfied with trusting one shop that is you. Me on the other hand, I like to see what kind of options I got. Be a smart shopper!!!

I'll semi vouch this, but their 6x9's have always impressed me and can take some power to them.

However i dont reccomend anything other then their headunits yes, or possibly a amp if your getting it cheaper than msrp.

As for door speakers i would definitely recommend getting powerbass series 4xl series, as they are as loud as it gets, and as quality goes they can't be beat for the money

I had a pair of 6x9's and blew them up in a week.

I used to deal Kenwood, only thing I liked from them were their decks. Subs were ehhhh, amps were ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh, speakers were ok.
But when it came to subs, amps, and speakers, I dealt with other companies that were far superior in those 3 categories.

Don't need cap and enclosure is probably a walmat special.

I'd say 200 if everything is in good condition. Kenwood only makes good amps and headunits, speakers are subpar and subwoofers are about onpar with Alpine and Kicker equivalents so no real loss there.

$50 for a 1 farad capacitor wont hurt, and he should get one if he plans on running 1k rms.

$200 for everything? You're high.
