Want to keep my trunk space and not looking for anything to rattle peoples houses 5 blocks away... please list woofer/mids/highs/amp/possibly a new deck? can it be done for under 500?

Small free air subs? sound like junk or a gimmick I wouldnt suggest free airing anything... and 2 10's in a sealed box is little to now space if your trunk is that small then subwoofers aren't for you, look into the JL trunk boxes they fit to the contours of your trunk and only cost about $400 USD ^_^.

If size is a huge concern you could get that box and 1 Pioneer Premier and just get a 1000w Onyx and call it a day :D.

Problem is how would it sound behind a gas tank? because the trunk is where the tank is

what are you wanting out of the sub? just to round out the music pretty much?

it would sound fine unless its solid metal between the trunk and the interior.

whats a decent sub/amp you would recommend for that box? and would need a second amp for mids/highs? and what mids/highs?

I already recommended a good sub/amp for that box and yes ampling the mids and highs would be a lot better but not needed. Chances are if your trunk is solid metal it's not worth getting a subwoofer. unless you want to modify the rear headboard with holes to allow air flow from trunk to cabin.
