Only have 300 for everything to make sub and amp work... and sound good lol.

Or at least quality equipment. Kicker is shit, and everyone knows that Kenwood is only good for their decks. And Visionik? You have to be kidding me.

I agree please DON'T go for any of these mentioned setups... For $300 you can have quality but not quality and LOUDNESS well not on your budget at least. Then again your ears are probably not used to ACTUAL SQ and more or less what your mind "thinks" is SQ which it's probably not, being loud and clean doesn't necisarrliy mean you have good SQ but regardless. For $300 I would go with AudioQue brand and a ported box, like usual I suggest making your own I can design you one with a cutsheet if you're any good at wood working.

Like I've said a million times you get what you pay for so I recommend expanding your budget to atleast $400.

Get that subwoofer rated @ 600rms but will do more like 1000. http://www.audioque.com/Street-Duty-SDC25-12-D4-Subwoofer_p_11.html

These amplifiers do rated and if you tune it properly you should be able to run that subwoofer @ 2 ohms off this amplifier which will provide cleaner and more efficient power allowing for better SQ. Your subwoofer should see about 900rms @ 2 ohms which would be PERFECT for that AQ 2.5SDC.
