Title and description says it all. My car doesn't have an audio input jack and I'm sick of using the shitty FM transmitter I currently have, I'm looking for an MP3 player that has a built in FM transmitter. I swear I remember seeing one somewhere, but I have yet been able to find it again.

I've been looking on Google, Newegg, Amazon, Walmart, and B&H, with no luck; however, maybe I'm just blind and missed it.

Possibly, but ever since they put a limit on FM transmitters, they suck.

Just spend $100-$200 for a new deck that is capable of plugging in your mp3 player.

I'm not entirely sure how to go about doing that with that radio that's already in there. Also, considering the fact that I will probably only have the car for another 6 months or so, I don't want to drop $200 into it.

Not really, a new faceplate is really all that is needed. As long as the 2 dials at the bottom and buttons for the HVAC still had a spot and the 4 way button had a spot, it would be fine. However, I haven't really seen a good replacement faceplate anywhere yet.

I would also need a new mounting bracket, since the current radio is about two times the size of an average radio.

Is that second spot just extra space? If so I may actually look into that one. Assuming I do keep the car; however, I'm not so sure that I will.

I'm waiting to get it back after the engine gave up on me. However, I can't complain, I'm getting a new engine for free and it gets a new warranty now as well.
