yea mines blew up couple weeks ago and im looking to get new ones

What brand should I go for?

I want something that will hit hard but I want something that will last a long time.
Note that I can cruise around town for a good 3hours + with a friend of mine with the music blasting non stop


I have a pionner DEH-P6200BT headunit and the rest of my audio gear is stock

Rockford Punch/Prime has 1 year warranty and the Power has a 2 year warranty.

If your looking for warranties on speakers, best buy sells a 2 and a 4 year warranty on any speaker, the selection my not be top of the line, but if they blow they swap them out for free.

i personally have Rockford Fosgate Punch 4x6's in my front and 6x9's in the back, listen to them for about ~2hours each day, front ones have sit in the sun for awhile still trying to find some covers to put over them, i put the 6x9's cover over them, and the cover are slowing melting, but the speakers still have no problems, i spent probably ~120 total for both sets of speakers, i'm powering them with http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/products/2010/17/113/p113KiV900B-f_mt.jpeg and they don't really distort even on max volume, just abit hard to handle lol (and i had to put my fader to rear 6 out of twelve) seeing as the front speakers are 1/2 the power of the back ones

its my front window, but i do plan on tinting my T-tops and driver/passenger windows



the far left side of this is where the front window is, and the stock speakers covers wont fit because the 4x6's are abit to tall for the covers to fit

do 35% or so over your whole windshield and do a strip of 5% at the top?
