Okay where to start.
1 if your looking for just aux and USB on the radio, you can do something like the Sony CDC-gt350 or the pioneer deh-3300ub
2 I would start by replacing your speakers. I like the Polk dxi650 speakers, unless you can find some infinity kappa series
(is your truck 4 door 2 door or extended cab. Front speakers are 6 1/2" rears will probably be 4x6)
3 only legit way your going to get subs in there is with a prefabbed box that fits under your back seat (or you can make one) but your more than likely limited to 10" subs
4 with your budget I would be suprised if you are able to afford a deck 4 speakers amp sub and a box.
You more than likely dont have a factory amp.
IMO I would look for a sub box before you buy an amp and subs, you could always just put the sub box on the seat, but it's kind of ghetto. But it's your truck and your call

Replace the front speakers before the rears. Especially in a truck.

Id go

New deck
4 channel amp + sub
New front speakers
New rear speakers

In that order

Yup. Just the fronts, then replace them and keep them ampd.

And as for sony, its all junk. Sony discontinues decks and parts for repair a year after the deck comes out. So once its out of warranty, there's no way to repair it unless you send it to a place like uniteed radio where it costs a shit ton.

You can get a deck, front speakers, 4 ch amp and a small sub online for under 800..

And you use the 4 chan to run the sub, not all 4 speakers. Rear speakers in a truck are pointless for the most part.

1 channel each front door then 2 channels to the sub. T400's love that.

Maybe able to come across all the product for around 800. But also looking at parts to install it.

And why would you run p3 off a 4 ch amp? Even if you bridged the rear outputs sounds like the suns will be extremely underpowered

It'd be a p3s not a p3. T400's put out about 600rms. It will be underpowered but it sounds fine. Right now in the shop I have an eclipse titanium 12 running off 250rms and it sounds fine. If he cares that much about matching power, rf just released a prime shallow mount.
